If you’re stuck at the “Verifying access…” message when trying to reach an article in ClinicalKey, Elsevier recommends clearing your browser settings.

Instructions:

Chrome: Clear cache & cookies

Firefox: Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox

Safari: Clear your browsing history
