How will I receive materials requested through ILLiad?

Electronic journal articles and book chapters will be delivered as PDF files to your ILLiad account on the web. Article and chapter PDFs are not delivered by e-mail, but you will receive an e-mail notification when your request is available for download in from the ILLiad website.
Unfortunately, like other library materials, we are unable to ship items requested through interlibrary loan to your home or office. All print materials and media requested through ILLiad must be picked up at and returned to the Library Services Desk (located in suite 571 in the Armour Academic Center).
