My RUSH badge doesn't open the library's fifth floor entrance. What do I need to do to fix this?

All RUMC staff and RUSH University faculty, staff and students can use their ID badge to open the the library's fifth floor entrance 24/7/365.
If your badge is not recognized by this door, please contact RUSH Security at (312) 942-5678.
