How soon will I receive the article or book chapter I requested through ILLiad?

During weekday business hours, RUSH's interlibrary loan department processes all loan requests as they are received. Once the request has been sent to our lending partners, the length of time it takes for an article or book chapter PDF to be delivered to you is entirely dependent on its availability and the speed at which the lending library responds to interlibrary loan requests.
Many article requests are filled within 3 business days. Holidays, weekends and other periods of reduced staffing may reduce the speed at which the lending library can provide your article or book chapter.
